Mushy brains

Unrelated and completely gratuitous Eugénie photo

We had a mini heatwave (finally I could add, as the weather had been unusually cold this far). And though I love the heat, well,  my mind loves the heat, my body handles it poorly and I dehydrate fast, no matter how much I drink. And when you're dehydrated your brain goes mushy...so I get super disorganized and I already have troubles organizing when I am going fine. There are just too many things and people and cats I have to look after ><
Bad timing for important administrative and doc appointments.
It is cooler now but I can tell I am not my normal self yet.
Shop work got way behind...but I started working on lots of new items...which is better than nothing, I suppose.

Alice in Wonderland plugs - larger sizes

Finally my Alice in Wonderland plugs are available in larger sizes.
The glass domes are 1" (25mm) in diameter.
If you don't see your sizes listed, I take custom requests.
I'll soon have the Alice and the White Rabbit style too. And a new style (but that is a surprise for September).

Get them in my 3 shops:

Summer ponderings

There's not much I enjoy more than lying in the tree shade on a warm summer day.

And I like how  my tiny red maple tree looks like a giant  forest tree...

Of course the cats have to join me.

Pepita made herself a fancy little cool house in the high grass...but she still comes out for a cuddle.
The warmth and quiet help me come to terms with all sort of things.

Instagram bootcamp...the results

If you read last week post, you know that I started an Instagram bootcamp. I am not sure what I expected but I feel a bit underwhelmed.
OK, I downloaded a cool photo editor, Snapseed, which is easy to use  and free (for Android)...and have been playing a bit with that.
I guess the bootcamp is more aimed at people who have no clues about photo editing and composition, and have not been using IG for long. So that is definitely not me...and I am NOT signing up for the $249 course.

The quote  lesson was the most puzzling of all. I hate motivational quotes. And I can tell my audience hates them too as I barely got any likes on that.

The "answer your customers questions" was no big help either as the only question I ever get (granted, I get it A LOT) is , "where do you  buy your supplies?"

And I skipped day 7 (the last day)  of the course...
